  What is a SCAC code?  It stands for Standard Carrier Alpha Code. It's a unique two-to-four-letter code used to identify transportation companies. If you plan to haul containers, you will definitely need a SCAC for your company. We will not only take care of the registration for you, but we'll REMIND you each year when it's time for renewal. 

 UCR stands for Unified Carrier Registration and it's federally mandated for interstate Motor Carriers.  We'll register your trucking company on your behalf and then let you know each year when it's time to renew. 

  We just can't get away from Uncle Sam. We are required to file IRS 2290 - Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax Return every year. It's the federal tax we pay to help keep the roadways safe and in good condition. We'll file your 2290 for you each year and keep you updated on when it's due. 

Did we say there's yet another tax return? Yes, I'm afraid so. IFTA Tax returns are the way the State level taxes your fuel. IFTA stands for International Fuel Tax Agreement. It can be a bit complicated so we can only help with North Carolina IFTA returns. We can file them on your behalf each quarter. 

  Motor Carriers are required to pass an FMCSA Safety Audit within the first 12 months. A Safety Audit is a review of your records, like your Drug & Alcohol Results, Vehicle Registration, and Medical Card. FMCSA wants to make sure you're legit. Don't panic, we can help you gather all the required documents and submit them to the auditor. We'll make sure you have what's needed to PASS.
