Live Events (Webinars, and On-site Training) - after registration is completed, you will have 7 calendar days to request a refund.
Digital Products (Online Courses, eBooks and Business Documents) - digital products are non-refundable. Digital products can not be returned.
BackOffice Services - after requesting one of these services, you will have 7 calendar days to request a refund. Once initial meeting is completed, the BackOffice service requested becomes non-refundable.
Mobile App Subscriptions- mobile apps can be canceled through the Google PlayStore or iOS App Store

Drayage Academy does not share your personal data with 3rd Party Companies. Personal data elements, including name, email and phone will be used by the Drayage Academy for notifications, marketing, and event registration purposes only.
